摘要 通过大量理论和实验研究探索镁水泥及其制品耐水机理,提出残余MgCl2是造成氯氧镁水泥一系列缺陷的本质原因,并给出了残余MgCl2的测定方法,进而采用Cl离子捕捉剂对氯氧镁水泥进行彻底改性,其中β-A型Cl离子捕捉剂的改性效果显著。该研究结果对镁水泥亟待解决的不抗水、返卤、吸潮、翘曲变形等缺陷有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Based on experimental analysis about water-resistance mechanism of MOC(magnesium oxychloride cement) and MOC products, it has been determined that residual MgCl2 is the essential cause resulting in the poor durability. And various kinds of Cl ion catchers have been applied to improve MOC, in among that β-A catcher has the best behavior. This result has quite wide application foreground.
