摘要 针对PLC控制系统存在现场调试难度大的问题,提出了在计算机上实现基于组态软件的全真模拟PLC控制对象的方法,给出了仿真系统的结构框图,分析了用组态软件MCGS 虚拟PLC被检对象的仿真原理,并详细介绍了卧辊磨控制仿真系统的开发过程。

Abstract: A method of simulation on PLC controlled objects based on configuration software through computer was presented to solve the problems of PLC control system's debugging. Framework of the simulation system, principle of the simulation system design, and the development process were described in detail.
