Vibration Test and Fault Diagnosis of Cement Mill Transmission System

Abstract: In this paper, the fault diagnosis of cement mill transmission system is fulfilled by means of vibration test, which is characterized by the integrated application of amplitude domain analysis, time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. The test results turn out to be consistent with the practical situation and the shutdown time is shortened. This analytical method can be used for reference in the vibration test of large rotary mechanism of similar size.
