应用于水泥窑的信息采集及处理系统

摘要针对水泥回转窑生产中难以定量观察封闭窑体内的煅烧状况，难以及时综合分析大量的工艺参数，难以准确记录对比大量数据等问题，利用多媒体技术将计算机与图像处理理论、辐射传热理论相结合，实现连续实时对水泥回转窑烧成带物料量和温度的在线检测。

Abstract: As it is difficult to observe the calcining status and to analyze a large number of parameters in time, and to record／compare well the abundant data of the kiln, it is necessary to carry out the online detection continuously at real time aiming at kiln feed rate and temperature by using multimedia technology which links the computer with the image processing and radiate heat transmission.
