摘要简述了TSLM司德伯生料辊磨密封喂料器系统组成及工作原理，该喂料器只需3.5m×2.9m的安装空间，与现有翻板阀接口尺寸一致，可直接替换，安装工作量小、周期短，改造对现有生产影响小。改造后，良好的锁风能有效减少粘性物料的粘挂板结，大幅度降低人工清理的劳动强度，显著降低工艺故障停机次数，提高生料系统可靠性，降低生料系统的电耗。

Abstract: The composition and working principle of the TSLM Sidebo raw material roller mill seal feeder system are briefly described. The feeder requires only installation space of 3.5m×2.9m, which is the same as the existing flap valve interface and can be directly replaced. The installation workload is small, the cycle is short, and the transformation has little impact on the existing production. After the transformation, good lock air can effectively reduce the sticking of the viscous material, and it greatly reduced the labor intensity of manual cleaning, significantly reduced the number of process failures, improved the reliability of the raw material system, and reduced the power consumption of the raw material system.
