Abstract: Using carbide slag as the calcareous raw material to produce cement, system operation control parameters are different fromthose of the traditional limestone production line.Because of the different characteristics of the carbide slag and the limestone, the main reaction of the calcium carbide slag decomposition process is dehydration process Ca(OH)2, so the calcinertemperature controled is reduced, the calcinercoal amount is less than the kilncoal usage, clinker heat consumption greatly reduced.Due to the activity of calcium carbide slag containing high CaO, it can produce high quality clinker.
