摘要 本文通过对0Cr25Ni20挂片的表面腐蚀物及附着物的XRD分析,研究了Cl-对0Cr25Ni20耐热不锈钢的热腐蚀机理,发现Cl-起到溶解氧化膜的作用,加剧了材料的氧化、热腐蚀速率,导致挂片被腐蚀减薄,最终失效,并提出了相关的解决方案。

Abstract: The effect of Cl- on hot corrosion mechanics of heat resistant stainless steel 0Cr25Ni20 was studied by XRD analysis of the corrosion products on the surface of 0Cr25Ni20 coupon. The results showed that Cl- had the effect of dissolving oxide film, which could accelerate the rate of oxidation and hot corrosion of this material and cause the failure of 0Cr25Ni20 inner core.  In additional, we offered solutions in this paper.
