Abstract: In this paper, seven new dry process cement production lines at high altitude are introduced in detail. The operation conditions, configuration and problems of the Pyro system are also discussed. According to the bottleneck and insufficient points of the Pyro system, the optimized proposals and transformation schemes were put forward based on the measuring and commissioning results. After the modification, the production line Pyro system achieved a better operating index.
