Abstract: The article introduced the research of the austenitic heat-resistance steel (TRG-ZA-8) which was from Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd. - Pyrology Subsidiary Company. The alloy (TRG-ZA-8) was austenitic heat-resistance steel which was reinforced by carbide and nitride. Through adding the non-metal element N, the high temperature behavior of material was reinforced because of the high hardness and high melting-point nitride. The application of high-temperature tensile test expressed that the alloy was better than ZG40Cr28Ni6RE (TRG-ZA-6) at 700℃. The macro-deformation of alloy was excellent. The request of service performance for inner core of C3 cyclone was satisfied. The economic benefit of alloy was fine because of non Ni element.
