Abstract: The relationship between the flue gas temperature and the dew-point temperature and the dust specific resistance in the kiln-back-end electro-precipitator after the conditioning of flue gas was discussed. The influence of process system on the dust-removal performance of electro-precipitator was analyzed. Also the effect of waste heat power generation system on the dust-removal performance was put forward. With the popularity of waste heat power generation system in the cement industry, the operation conditions of electro-precipitator change, especially the conditioning result in the condition tower, thus affecting the dust-removal result. Various solutions are proposed to increase the dust-removal efficiency.
