Abstract: This paper used Solidworks software to build the three-dimensional model of large-scale hot air pipeline in cement plant. According to the characteristics of hot air pipeline, the three-dimensional model is simplified, meshed and the boundary conditions are set. Combined with ASME standard, the mechanical properties of hot air pipeline in cement plant are analyzed by finite element numerical simulation. The results show that the stress intensity of dangerous section gets checked, and the strength of support and duct meets the requirements of engineering design.
