Abstract: The performance test results of EPC general contracting project of a 5 000t/d cement production line in China were introduced. The average power consumption of the pyro system was 16.6kW·h/t clinker, which reached the international advanced level. The power consumption of the high temperature fan is 3.7kW·h/t clinker, and the actual operating efficiency is >83%. The composition of power consumption index and the influence of key equipment upgrade on power consumption index are summarized and analyzed.
