摘要 介绍了供热锅炉采用氧化镁法进行脱硫的工艺流程,氧化镁法pH值在6.0~6.5之间,脱硫效率可达95%~98%,脱硫效率高,投资及运行费用低。项目投运后,SO2 排放浓度下降至35mg/m3 (标),粉尘排放浓度<10mg/m3 (标),经济效益和环境效益显著。

Abstract: This paper introduces the magnesia process of the flue gas desulfurization for heating boiler. The pH value of magnesia process is between 6.0~6.5, the desulfurization efficiency can reach 95% ~ 98%. It has high desulfurization efficiency, and low investment and operation cost. After the project's operation, the SO2 emission concentration is reduced to 35mg/Nm3 , and the dust emission concentration <10mg/Nm3 , it has obvious economic benefit and high environmental benefit.
