Abstract: This paper introduces a technical transformation scheme of lime wet desulfurization using existing humidification tower equipment of production line. The revamp can be opened flexibly according to the shutdown plan of raw mill and SO2 emission, with less investment and obvious desulfurization effect. After the revamping, the sulfur dioxide emission of the raw mill decreased from 189~225mg/m3 to 40 ~60mg/m3 , and there was no environmental failure phenomenon according to the standard. In the past two years, the tower has not been adversely affected by the wet desulfurization.
