摘要 针对预热器中高温腐蚀性问题,开发了一种全新的金属基复合陶瓷涂层挂片,通过高温复合方式将陶瓷涂层致密地附着在金属材料表面,不仅能够有效阻断对金属基体材料的侵蚀,而且具有优异的强韧性,保证使用安全性,综合使用效果较好。

Abstract: Aiming at the high-temperature corrosion problems in the preheater, a new metal-based composite ceramic coating coupon had been developed. The ceramic coating was densely attached to the surface of the metal material through the high-temperature composite method, which could not only effectively block the metal corrosion of the matrix material, but also bring excellent toughness to ensure the safety of utilization; meanwhile, the comprehensive use effect was better.
