Abstract: In response to the problems of poor sealing effect and small capacity of the though-plate conveying hopper, insufficient conveying capacity, poor on-site operating environment, and high labor intensity of personnel in the trough zipper machine of a certain cement clinker production line, a new cement clinker trough zipper machine has been renovated and replaced, using an independent conveying hopper and a larger reducer, adding lubrication devices, and replacing the manual spiral flat gate valve with a pneumatic flat gate valve. After the renovation, it improved the conveying capacity of the zipper machine, reduced the standard coal consumption of clinker from 105.24kgce/t to 103.59kgce/t, reduced the dust, optimized the on-site working environment, and increased social and economic benefits.
