皮带输送机滚筒的包胶维护处理

摘要 水泥生产线皮带输送机滚筒的包胶磨损严重时,皮带输送机易出现打滑发热现象,严重时甚至引发燃烧等安全事故。滚筒包胶磨损后,若及时处理则可有效保护滚筒本体,节约维护成本。对比分析了热硫化和冷硫化两种包胶处理方法的工艺流程,冷硫化包胶工艺施工时间短、成本低,更适用于现场在线维修。以工程项目为例,介绍了冷硫化包胶工艺维修处理的前期准备、主要技术参数要求、施工处理步骤,提出了施工注意事项。维修处理后,有效提高了皮带输送机滚筒的使用寿命,显著降低了维护成本,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。

Abstract: The abrasive wear of the roller coating of belt conveyor will lead to slip and heat phenomenon, and even cause burning and other safety accidents. In this paper, it is analyzed that timely handling can protect the roller and save maintenance cost; comparing the process flow of hot vulcanization and cold vulcanization, the cold vulcanized gluing technique needs short construction time and low cost, is more suitable for on-site maintenance. Taking the engineering project as an example, the paper introduces the preparation, main technical parameter requirements and construction treatment steps of the cold vulcanized gluing technique, and puts forward the precautions of construction. After implementation, the service life of the belt conveyor roller is effectively improved, the maintenance cost is significantly reduced, and the work load of the staff is reduced.
