摘要 本文通过分析常用气力输送系统的性能特点,指出了每种类型的差异和限制,并提供了气力输送优化设计的七个步骤,包括:系统选择确定管道内径;供料器选择;空压机选择;料气分离器选择;检测控制方式选择;经济性选择。本文还介绍了可靠性设计和气力输送计算机辅助设计软件两项新设计技术。
