助磨剂组分与水泥超塑化剂适应性的初步探讨

摘要 本文选择常用助磨剂主要组分,分别在粉磨过程中掺入及在水泥成品中外掺两种方式下初步探讨了掺助磨剂的水泥与超塑化剂适应性。实验结果表明,在粉磨过程中掺入本试验选用的五种助磨剂组分制成的水泥与超塑化剂均存在适应性不良的现象;而在水泥成品中外掺配制的助磨剂则无此现象。通过其它辅助实验及相关文献,初步探讨了助磨剂组分与水泥超塑化剂适应性的主要影响因素。

Abstract: This paper has chosen five main components of common grinding aids, which are added during grinding process and added into cement products respectively, to discuss the compatibility between cements containing grinding aids and superplasticizers. Test results show that the phenomenon of incompatibility between cements containing grinding aids added during grinding process and superplasicizers  exsists, but does not between cements containing grinding aids added into cement products and superplasticizers. Through other auxiliary experiments and consulting relevant documents, this paper also discusses the main factors influencing the compatibility between cement grinding aids and superplasticizers preliminarily.
