摘要在没有大型机加工设备的情况下，通过对设计、制造和现场安装等方面综合考虑，提出一套简便且合理的水泥磨端盖更换方案，并通过现场实际操作，达到了原有水泥磨各项技术要求。

Abstract: Under the condition of lacking large machining tools, a simple and rational method of end cover replacement is produced through overall considerations on cement mill design, manufacturing and erection. Through practice operation, the technical specifications of original mill have been satisfied.
