Abstract: This artical developed determination method of selenium in solid waste of cement kilns by using atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. It's adopted reverse aqua regia and boiling water bath as digestion system,10%HCl as carrier fluid,0.4%KOH and 1.2%KBH4 as reducing agent,K3[Fe(CN)6] as masking agent to eliminate interference of various ions. Also has optimized instrument conditions,and explored the detection limit,accuracy,precision and recoveries of samples.The detection limit of this method is 0.04μg/L,relative standard deviation is 3.0%~10.1% and recovries in sludge is 82.8%~102.5%.
