Abstract: Fault diagnosis of high voltage asynchronous motor bearing involves many professional knowledge, including motor ventilation structure, working principle of the sliding bearing, oil station structure and oil system, on-site installation and foundation rigidity, etc, which makes the fault causes are difficult to accurately ensure. This paper summarizes the on-site experience of motor maintenance in cement production line. Taking temperature rise, vibration and oil leakage into consideration, a detailed scheme of fault handling is obtained through theory analysis and expounding relationships of the fault and equipment structure, site operation and maintenance. This scheme has a certain practicality.
