电改袋除尘器的二次改造

摘要 随着新版《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准(GB 4915-2013)》的发布,重点地区水泥窑及粉磨除尘器排放浓度要求<20mg/m3(标),已有的电改袋除尘器原设计排放浓度为30mg/m3(标)。企业如何在投资最少的情况下,二次改造电改袋除尘器,使其排放浓度适应越来越严格的环保法规?过滤机理的研究表明,减少排放浓度的最优方法是增加过滤面积,降低过滤速度,工程上通过增加袋室以及CFD仿真模拟来实现。

Abstract: According to the newly issued “Emission standard of air pollutants for cement industry (GB 4915-2013)”, the emission concentration values of dust collectors for cement kiln and grinding system have been restricted to less than 20mg/Nm3 in important protection areas. However, the designed value of existed bag filter reformed from ESP is 30mg/Nm3. How to meet the increasingly stringent environmental regulations according to the second modification of existed bag filters reformed from ESP with least investment is the key issue for cement plants. Based on the filter mechanism, the optimized method to decrease the emissions is to increase the filter area and reduce the filtration velocity. The aim can be realized in practice by means of CFD simulations and adding new bag compartments.
