回转窑大小齿轮磨损原因分析及解决方案

摘要 回转窑使用开式齿轮啮合传递运动和动力,从而带动筒体旋转。减少大小齿轮工作中的磨损与延长使用寿命是降低回转窑运行、维护成本行之有效的途径。本文总结了回转窑大小齿轮磨损的基本形式,着重分析了划伤磨损的原因,探讨了齿面硬度、安装精度、润滑油品质对齿轮划伤磨损的影响,并提出了具有针对性的解决方案。

Abstract: The rotary kiln uses open girth gear transmitting motion and power, so to drive the kiln shell rotation. Reducing the work wear and prolong the service life of the girth gear and pinion is an important way to reduce operation and maintenance costs of the rotary kiln effectively. This article focuses on summarizing the basic wear form of kiln girth gear and pinion, concentrating on analyzing the reason of the scratched wear and discussing the influence of the hardness of gear surface, installation accuracy and lubricants quality on girth gear/pinion scratched wearing. And then the targeted solutions were put forward.
