Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of heat-resistant steel TRG-ZA-10 for high temperature corrosion conditions. The traditional Cr-Ni austenitic heat-resistant steel represented by ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2 has high temperature oxidation resistance and good thermal strength performance, but when at high temperature conditions with higher sulfides and chlorides (especially chlorides) concentration the service life of steel declines sharply, which was not able to meet the requirements. So a specialized new material using at high temperature corrosion condition is required to be developed to solve the problem.
