Abstract: Since the 5 000t/d cement clinker production line of a company was built and put into operation, there have been long-term problems such as high resistance of the pre-calcining system, high preheater outlet temperature and high standard coal consumption of clinker. In order to reduce the resistance and outlet temperature of the pre calcining system, save power and coal consumption, during the overhaul in 2019, the company carried out the technical transformation of energy saving and consumption reduction for the kiln system. After the transformation, the negative pressure at the primary outlet of the preheater is reduced to 4 500Pa, the outlet temperature is reduced to 270℃, the power consumption of clinker process is reduced to 25.78kW·h/t clinker, and the standard coal consumption is reduced to 104.43kg/t clinker, which is expected to save the company by about 13.6 million yuan every year.
