Abstract: With the increase of service life of the bag filter at kiln tail, the equipment body will show different degrees of corrosion under the action of the flue gas. Aiming at the corrosion problem of the bag filter, the mechanism of corrosion is analyzed. The results show that chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion caused by the condensation of corrosive substances in the low-temperature flue gas are the main reasons for the corrosion. Measures such as reducing the emission of corrosive gases, reducing the air leakage rate, keeping the dust collector insulated, and adopting high-quality anti-corrosion coatings can increase the service life of the bag filter and ensure the normal operation of the system.
