Abstract: The DCS control system of waste heat generator unit was Siemens PCS 7, and the DEH control system was on European NETWORK 6000+ and iFIX architecture. Since the two systems have been running, the hardware is gradually aging, which causes the operating system to become unstable. PCS 7 system is not suitable for Windows 7 or Windows 10 operating system. DCS and DEH control systems are independent, which is inconvenient for system operation and maintenance. There is an urgent need for upgrading. The new control system NT6000 V4 realizes the integrated operation of DCS and DEH. The operation for more than one year shows that the system is safe, stable and reliable. The domestic software is easy to learn, easy to maintain, and also convenient and efficient.
