Abstract: From the first law of thermodynamic, calculation is made on primary circulation of Kalina in waste heat power generation in cement kiln by NIST.The influence of turbine inlet pressure on heat conversion of Kalina is analyzed. The comparison of Kalina and Rankine is made from the point of irreversible loss and labor capacity. The result shows that the power generation capacity of Kalina is not always large than Rankine on a certain engineering condition.Cost-effectiveness is discussed from heat transfer, investment, operation, maintenance and environmental protection. The future trend research is point out by the author.
