摘要 TRM型辊磨的一个优点在于可将每个磨辊单独翻出磨外进行检修作业,操作简便、快速。传统的TRM型辊磨结构为水平磨盘,但随着辊磨应用领域的拓宽,会涉及到要将磨盘的角度进行修正以迎合新物料的特性。这样,传统的采用单一翻辊油缸的检修方式便不再适用,本文提出了一种新型的辊磨翻辊装置,在原检修方式的基础上进行了改进。

Abstract: Swinging out each roller independently is one of the advantages in TRM vertical roller mill, which could be completed conveniently and fast. The traditional TRM roller mill table is the horizontal, but as the roller mill application filed expanded, the angle of table would be modified to meet the characteristics of the new material. In this condition, adopting single cylinder to swing out roller is not practicable. Based on the traditional method, this article presents a new roller swing out device for roller mill.
