Abstract: Drum level is an important parameter to characterize the waste heat boiler operation, control of which directly affects the safe operation of the waste heat power station. According to characteristics of the cement kiln waste heat power generation, the task and importance of the boiler drum level control system was presented in this paper. Then, main factors affecting the drum level were analyzed. The structure, working principle and correction methods of measuring parameters of the three impulses control system for the waste heat boiler drum level have been investigated.
