摘要 由于新型干法水泥生产线中原窑头电收尘器不能满足越来越严格的排放标准30mg/m3(标)的要求,国内掀起了电改袋的热潮,现有水泥生产线窑头电收尘器正快速被袋收尘器所取代。窑头余热锅炉故障检修时,废气温度高,配套的降温设备也需运行稳定可靠,篦冷机喷雾降温系统应运而生,凭借其投资少、运行费用低且可靠的优势被广泛应运于窑头电改袋项目中,实现了对温度的恒定快速准确控制,从而起到有效保护袋收尘器的作用。

Abstract: With increasingly stringent emission standards (30mg/Nm3) for cement plants, more and more electric precipitators used before the cooler fan have been transformed into bag filters in China. To protect the bag filter, a stable and reliable cooling device is needed to cool the high temperature cooler waste gas in case of troubleshooting of the waste heat boiler. And cooler spraying system has been widely used in transforming electric precipitator into bag filter projects, with the characteristics of lower investment and operation cost. And it can realize constant, rapid and accurate control of the waste gas temperature, which can protect the bag filter effectively .
