新型低钙水泥的煅烧及初步应用研究

摘要 研究了一种新型低钙水泥——高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥的煅烧技术,并进行了新型水泥的初步应用试验,试验结果表明:高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥性能优异,3d抗压强度达到30~50MPa,28d抗压强度达到60~70MPa,优于普通硅酸盐水泥;新型水泥用于制备自流平砂浆、无收缩灌浆材料时相比其他水泥,技术优势明显,可产生很高的附加值;和普通硅酸盐水泥相比,高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥可减少热耗和二氧化碳排放量均达25%以上。
