摘要 通过回顾水泥行业袋除尘技术的发展历程,介绍了水泥生产工艺、除尘设备、滤料、备品备件等的发展趋势,通过比较电除尘与袋除尘,介绍了国产覆膜滤料性能及其应用、售后服务体系,证明了高效覆膜滤料完全能够胜任水泥行业窑头、窑尾烟气的净化工作。

Abstract: Development of cement industry bag dust removal technology was reviewed. The cement production process, dust removal equipment, the development trend of filter materials, spare parts, etc, was introduced. By comparing the electric and bag dust removal, introducing the domestic coated filter material properties and application and after-sales service system, the efficient filter material was proved fully qualified for cooler and preheater gas purification in the cement industry.
