海外EPC工程的本土化

摘要对于海外EPC总包项目，如何有效利用项目所在地的人力资源一直是困扰所有海外工程承包项目的一个难题。本文结合印尼某水泥粉磨站，从成本控制、人力资源调配、施工进度等几个方面深入分析海外EPC项目施工清包本土化的必要性，并且从成本、可获得性以及管理上的益处等方面阐述了管理人员本土化的优势。
