摘要 煤磨引风机实际运行过程中,风机非工作面容易积灰,进而引起风机振动。通过降低粉尘浓度,更换电机叶轮并改造进风口,可大大减少叶轮的沾灰,风机运行更加平稳。

Abstract: During the actual operation of the coal mill fan, the non-working surface of the fan is easy for the ash to enter, which causes the fan to vibrate. By reducing the dust concentration, replacing the motor impeller and modifying the air inlet, the impeller ash coating is greatly reduced, and the fan operation is more stable.
