Abstract: This paper introduces the daily processing technology and inspection method of the die forging chain plate, and analyzes the problem that the traditional inspection method lacks the shape and position tolerance detection, the efficiency is low, the error is large, and the technical level of the user is high. Therefore, it have developed a combined inspection tool that can detect both the chain blank and the finished part, and has high quality and efficiency. The inspection tool can simultaneously detect the flatness of the chain blank, the square groove spacing, the relative position of the center hole, and the machining allowance. It is also possible to detect the parallelism and perpendicularity of the sleeve hole and the pin hole of the chain finishing part. It has the advantages of light weight, easy handling and convenient maintenance, and can meet the inspection work of large-volume products.
