浅谈辊磨选粉机下部轴承的改造方案

摘要 分析了辊磨选粉机下部轴承存在的问题,针对问题进行了改造,将下部轴承拉杆头部连接处改为锥形销子固定,加强管路维护,在原轴承座上加装水冷装置。改造后,拉杆易断裂、轴承温度高的问题得到了彻底解决。

Abstract: It analyzes the problems existing in the lower bearings of the roller grinding machine, and reconstructs the problems. The head connection of the lower bearings is changed to a conical pin fixed, the maintenance of the pipeline is strengthened, and a water-cooled device is installed on the original bearing base. After the transformation, the problem of the rod breaking and the high temperature of the bearing has been completely solved.
