摘要 MLS4531A型辊磨广泛应用于5 000t/d水泥熟料生产线中,MLS系列辊磨主要由一个磨盘和三个磨辊组成,磨辊除需要定期更换衬板外,还需要定期检查和更换轴承、油封及耐磨衬套等。由于MLS4531A型磨辊重量较大,水泥厂机械维修条件有限,很多厂家只能将磨辊运回我公司进行维修及更换零部件,导致维修周期较长,维修成本增加。本文就此问题提供一套现场装配磨辊的装配工艺,检修工人可按此工艺现场更换磨辊零部件并装配。
