Abstract: The silicon powder in the flue gas of the heat recovery boiler is very fine, and it is easy to stick to the surface of the boiler tube bundle, which affects the heat exchange efficiency of the boiler and causes the power generation to decrease. The original scoot cleaning device adopts the structure of wire rope reel and wire rope with poor synchronicity, poor ash removal effect, easy to malfunction. The new ash cleaning device adopts rack and gear meshing transmission mechanism, which has good synchronization of rigid transmission. It can overcome the resistance formed by thermal deformation of pipeline and solve the problem caused by unbalanced force of brush frame. After more than 8 months of use, the ash removal effect was remarkable, the heat exchange efficiency of the boiler is obviously improved, and the power generation was increased synchronously, and there was no more internal brush frame stuck.
