Abstract: The clinker output of the preheater system of a cement production line in Changxing, Zhejiang Province was 3 000 ~ 3 100t/d, the raw coal consumption was about 146kg/t.cl, and the system resistance is relatively large. In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption, the cyclones, the splash boxes, the calciner, the connect section between the calciner and the kiln inlet chamber , etc were reformed. After the transformation, the clinker output increased by 150 ~ 250t/d, the raw coal consumption decreased by 3kg/t.cl, the pressure loss of preheater system decreased by 1 600 Pa, the negative pressure of C1 outlet was about 4 200 Pa, and its pressure loss was at the advanced level in the same scale production lines in China.
