Abstract: The technical measures such as increasing the opening of cold air valve, increasing the ventilation volume and the proportion of cold air in the mill were taken to reduce the cement temperature of the open circuit mill. After the technical transformation, the temperature of cement out of the mill is reduced by about 30℃, the initial setting time and final setting time are extended by about 23 minutes and 31 minutes respectively, the temperature of the bearing of the sliding shoe at the grinding tail is reduced from 58℃~60℃ to 50℃~53℃, the negative pressure at the inlet of the dust collector at the grinding tail is increased by about 150 Pa, and the power consumption is increased by 0.5 kWh/t cement, the cement performance is greatly improved, and the equipment operation rate is improved.
