The Application of a New Type Double Gas Outlet Cyclone in the Raw Material Grinding System

摘要 从外形、工艺流程、工艺布置、内部速率、压损和收尘效率对比了处理风量相近的新型双出风口旋风筒和常规设计旋风筒,新型双出风口旋风筒具有较高的高径比,整体装备重量节省约28.9t,车间结构工程量降低30.7%,压损降低5%左右。对于≥24μm的颗粒,二者的收尘效率均可达100%。

Abstract: The new type double gas outlet cyclone and the common cyclone with similar gas volume are compared in terms of size, process flow, arrangement, inside gas flow rate, pressure loss and dust collection efficiency. For the new type double gas outlet cyclone, it has a big ratio of height to diameter, the equipment weight can be reduced by 28.9t, the process workshop structure can be reduced by 30.7%, and the pressure loss can be reduced by about 5%. For particles ≥24μm, the dust collection efficiency of both cyclones can reach 100%.
