摘要 介绍了配料库和煤粉仓的防堵,节能风机和磁力耦合器的应用,熟料库库顶的防尘等先进实用的工艺及装备优化措施。实际使用后,提升了水泥厂的节能环保水平,大大减轻了工作人员的劳动强度,适用于新建水泥厂和老厂的升级改造。

Abstract: This paper introduces the advanced and practical technology and equipment optimization measures, such as anti blocking of proportioning silo and pulverized coal bunker, application of energy-saving fan and magnetic coupling, dust prevention on top of clinker silo, etc. After the actual use, the energy-saving and environmental protection level of the cement plant is improved, and the labor intensity of the staff is greatly reduced, which is suitable for the upgrading  of the new cement plant and the old plant.
