Abstract: This paper describes the basic working principle and system structure of new passive wireless on-line temperature measurement system SAW (surface acoustic wave), compares the advantages and disadvantages of several common electric power temperature measurement systems at present, and points out that the surface acoustic wave temperature sensor is sensitive in alarm and monitoring in practical use, and timely troubleshooting ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
