摘要 介绍了智能质量控制系统的控制流程、设备安装及运行原理,生料荧光分析、细度分析每1h一次,熟料产品分析每2h一次,取样分析、配料调整及时,为生产质量控制提供了快速、有力的保障。

Abstract: It introduced the control process, equipment installation and operation principle of the intelligent quality control system, fluorescence analysis and fineness analysis of raw meal once an hour, clinker product analysis every two hours, timely sampling and analysis and adjustment of ingredients. These provided fast and powerful guarantee for production quality control.
