摘要 水泥生产线设备管理可细化分解成巡检管理、润滑管理、维修管理、备品备件管理、现场管理等几个方面。智能化点巡检作业具备快速准确判断故障的能力,可通过振动测量、温度测量、图像采集等,获取大量点巡检数据,并在服务器上对数据进行分析,对设备运行中的潜在异常情况进行预警,大大降低了设备故障的发生率。设备润滑要实行专业化集中管理,由生产部门负责领导,各车间建立相应的设备润滑台账,对大型主机设备油站定期取样化验,做好油质监测。设备维修和维护要严格按照检修作业规程进行,对于大型主机设备还需适当引入专业维修队伍;备件管理要保证合理库存量,控制备件储备资金占比;现场管理要大力推行6S管理,塑造干净整洁的工作场所。

Abstract: 
Cement production line equipment management can be refined into operational links such as inspection management, lubrication management, maintenance management, spare parts management, and site management. Intelligent point inspection operations have the ability to quickly and accurately determine faults. Through vibration measurement, temperature measurement, image acquisition etc. , a large number of point inspection data are obtained, and the data is analyzed on the server, and the potential abnormal situation in the operation of the equipment can be alerted, which greatly reduces the incidence of equipment failure.Equipment lubrication should be managed in a professional and centralized way. The production department should be responsible for the leadership. Each workshop should establish the corresponding equipment lubrication account, and regularly sample and test the oil station of large-scale host equipment, and do a good job in oil quality monitoring. Equipment repair and maintenance should be carried out in strict accordance with the overhaul operating procedures. For large mainframe equipment, professional maintenance teams should be properly introduced. Spare parts management should ensure reasonable inventory and control the proportion of spare parts reserve funds. On-site management should vigorously promote 6S management to create a clean and tidy workplace.
