一种新型输送带振打托辊清扫器的设计与应用

摘要介绍了带式输送机输送散装物料过程中存在的问题，就目前较为常见的电动滚刷式清扫器和刮板式清扫器的优缺点进行了对比分析，并在二者的基础上发明了振打托辊清扫器，与滚刷式清扫器组合使用，可有效清理全部物料。

Abstract: This paper introduces the problems existing in the process of conveying bulk materials by belt conveyor, compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current common electric roller brush sweeper and scraper sweeper. A rapping idler cleaner based on these two equipments is invented, which can effectively clean all materials by combining with roller brush sweeper.
