Abstract: The causes of frequent failures such as fracture of coal mill belt scale, fracture of tail drum bearing seat, and fracture of scraper and chain of sweeper were analyzed. By lengthening the scale body, extending the baffle plate and improving the installation mode of bearings, the operating reliability of the coal mill system is increased, the power consumption of the coal mill system is reduced, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced.
