摘要 通过分析水泥辊压机联合粉磨系统打散分级机入磨及回料粒度,分别在打散分级机挡料板下方分级叶轮外侧、内筒壁上方新增耐磨筛板,并在改进后对磨机钢球级配进行了调整,提高了该水泥粉磨生产线的水泥产质量。

Abstract: By analyzing the particle size of the inlet and return materials of the cement roller press combined grinding system, a new wear resistant sieve plate was added under the baffle plate of the classifier to separate the outer side of the impeller and above the inner wall of the drum, after the improvement, the steel ball grading of the mill was adjusted improve the cement quality of the cement grinding production line.
